What we collect
When you generate an RFQ, we store your product inputs and the generated document so you can reopen and download it later. If you make a payment, we store your Stripe receipt email to send you a login link. We do not store your full credit card number — payments are processed by Stripe.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to provide the RFQ generation service: storing your documents, processing payments, and sending transactional emails (receipts, login links). We do not sell your data to third parties.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics (Vercel Analytics, Google Analytics 4 with consent mode) to understand how the product is used. Analytics are disabled until you accept cookies via the consent banner. We do not track your RFQ content or supplier communications.
Data retention
Your RFQ documents are stored until you delete them or request removal. Payment records are kept for accounting purposes as required by law. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
Your rights (GDPR)
